Captain Dan started nearly 10 years ago on the premise that nothing beats personalized service, experience, and attention to detail. While many Internet sites promise special deals, travelers are often unaware of restrictions, exceptions, and fine print. He recognized the need for experienced agent's in the Internet age. While many agents succumb to the pressure of bargain Internet sites, Captain Dan recognized the niche for knowledgeable experienced travel professionals. He knew that travelers would appreciate the values of a full-service travel agency. Dan has spent over two decades on the Isalnd of Guam. He has worked for major hotel chains and business' as a marketing professional. He has also worked for many travel agencies over the years, but knew he could best serve travelers by creating an agency on his own terms. He was determined to prove that his agency could prove better service and value than any other means of travel planning. He was right.
